After 46 years of practicing law, I have fully retired from the practice of law, effective December 31, 2022. If you have any legal needs, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I will refer you to the lawyers I believe are best suited to address your needs. In most cases, that will be one of the lawyers in the Sanford, Pierson, Thone & Strean, PLC firm here in Wayzata, with which I worked in an “of counsel” capacity for my final two years. The capable lawyers in that firm should be able to take care of most of my clients’ concerns. If not, I will steer you in the right direction.
Incidentally, although I am retiring, I will continue to serve as an arbitrator and mediator. Accordingly, if you have some dispute resolution needs, I will be glad to assist.
Finally, I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my clients for your business, loyalty and friendship through the years. It has truly been an honor and a pleasure to have had the opportunity to represent you. I have had a wonderful career, thanks to all of you.
